Wish I could joi...Love the post, it made me giggle. Wish I could join you at one of these sales, it sounds like a lot of fun.<br /><br />Over here we have Freecycle and most towns have a local one. You post online anything you want to get rid of, anyone needing that item emails you with a request for it and you decide who you think would be the most worthy recipient. Or if someone needs a particular item they can post a message asking if anyone has one to donate; at no time does any money change hands. Well that's the principle anyway, but you get greedy people who pretend they have no money but they always want the latest this, that or the other AND expect you to deliver it for nothing. Or they will take things off your hands for nothing by pretending they are desperate and really need them, then sell them on ebay.
