Once upon a time there lived a girl.
Though she was thought to be more of an old hag by her children, she considered herself a girl at heart.
The girl had a blog.
She wrote and she wrote and she wrote, and she posted all that she had written to her blog.
And it was good.
And people came.
They came, and they read, and they liked, and they followed.
And they even voted for all the girl's crazy blog contests whenever she asked them to.
The girl loved her followers.
But one day the girl became so busy that she no longer had time to write for her blog.
And the blog was lonely.
And the people came, and saw nothing was written, and they went away all sad and heartbroken.
Soon the people forgot about the blog.
The numbers dwindled down.
And her spot on Top Mommy Blogs moved from first page to second page to third to fourth.
The girl became sad, too, and decided she would start writing again.
And she did.
And the people started coming back again!
The people voted for her Circle of Moms contest, and voted her into the Top 25 spot.
The girl was happy. Very happy.
But her blog was still on the fourth page of Top Mommy Blogs.
So the girl decided to ask and beg and plead her readers to vote for her by clicking the brown TMB button.
She asked them to click the button every day.
And they did. Of course they did.
Because they liked the girl, and the girl liked them.
And soon she moved off of the fourth page, back to the third page, and the second, and all the way back to the first.
And the girl was happy.
Very, very happy.
And she thanked her readers from the bottom of her heart.
